- General cargo: Import/export cargo with 24/7 monitor process and high quality service

- Special cargo (AVI, HUM, DGR,VUN & VAL): Separate area for handling special cargo built in accordance with IATA regulations:

• Live animal room: veterinarian examinations, food and water supply
• Human remains room: temp 15 C +/- 3 C, No step at the doors shall be allowed
• Dangerous goods room: the floor cover fitted with acid and alkaline liquid-proof paint, private ventilation system, equipped with salvage packaging and absorbent material
• Radioactive room: storage of up to 50TI, fitted with 3mm steel and 3mm lead lining door, high sensitive radiation detector installed
• Valuable room: door equipped with key-combination locking system, light, alarm and a concrete embedded CCTV system, fire protection, security escort service
• Vulnerable goods area: for high cost consignments such as laptops, mobile phones or high tech equipment. Area is subject to 24/7 monitor surveillance

- Perishable center: Handling area is 1600 square meters, ULDs storage is 390 square meters. Perishable Center with total 10 cool cells controlled by IT system in adjustable temperatures per requirement:

• Cool and cold storage : +15C to +25C; +8C to +12C; +2C to + 8C, -OC to - 5C
• Freezer environment : -18 C to -21 C (for frozen cargo) 

- ULDs handling: Storage racks with roof which are convenient for the storage of ULDs pallets and containers. Intergrated Hermes’s ULDs control function which will detect and report any damage or malfunction

- ULDs equipment service: Will supply nylon sheet, net, strap, spread board as per airline’s request

- Document: Issue AWB, Manifest, split AWB as show on SGHA

- Supply packaging, label and tape for DGR

- Supply dry ice (ICE)
